Crown Ford in Fayetteville NC will not honor usaa truecar pricing! Usaa will not respond to my repeated request to remove them from the car buying service. Usaa is in with the dealers to get you in the door with a price gaurantee just to increase the price for a bigger kickback. Anyone who claims different is wrong. If they cared about us getting the gaurantee they would remove dealers such as Crown Ford in fayetteville NC. I have copies of the price gaurantee and the actual price they gave me. Poor service from usaa!
