We have been using USAA for our vehicle, boat and RV loan. We are looking at a brand new 2016 Dodge Charger with 12 miles on it. I received a loan pre approval for more than the car. The car MSRP at multiple dealerships around this area. I had the total loan figures and when I called USAA to just verify the loan amount would be approved they quoted the MSRP almost $7000 less than any of the dealerships have. They told me they don't give loans for manufacturers add one. Just the standard vehicle. What vehicles come standard anymore. I know we won't be using USAA anymore and we are looking at moving all of our loans. Sounds like they don't understand how vehicles come. The gentleman I spoke with asked with dealerships were jacking up the MSRP on the window sticker? Who are they hiring?

Ok thank you! My autocorrect messed up a lot of my sentences on the first thing I wrote. I was amazed at them telling me the MSRP was way less than what the window sticker price was. I am looking at a brand new car not used. All the dealerships around a 200 mile radius are pretty close in price for the same vehicle just different options. I've never had a bad experience with USAA until now.
