I currently have an auto loan with USAA for my wife's Nissan maxima. My family is growing and we need an SUV I applied for a loan and didn't get approved but I didn't select I was using the car buying service. Will that affect the decision? I have been receiving call from dealerships that are getting my information from the car buying service through USAA but I didn't get approved can someone give me some advice.
The Car Buying Service does not affect the loan decision. Members can still utilize the usaa.com Car Buying Service tools and obtain financing from the dealer, a bank, or other private source.
