Up until 2 days ago, I've always revived superior service from USAA. After contacting this company to refinance my vehicle, not only was I not told all the information but I was also lied to in the process. I spent 3 hours on the phone getting a deal taken care of, only to find out the next day the employee made the error. USAA refuses to give me a credit rescind letter after I got so frustrated and cancelled the deal. So I refuse to give USAA my business any longer. Beware of the deceitful practices USAA dishes out.

I have been with USAA for many years and have never had anything but great service.  I have financed many vehicles through USAA Banking and never had a problem, infact it is a very easy process that beats sitting at the dealership waiting for finance.  Apply though the internet and done in under 3 minutes.  You receive a blank voucher on USAA website to take to dealership and done.  I would talk with a Manager and maybe there was a misunderstanding in your discussion.
