Mom and I used the USAA car buying service to purchase a new Honda. Overall the experience was pretty good and the dealer we went with was very helpful. Within minutes after requesting a quote, I received 5 emails and one phone call. I advised the dealers that I was evaluating all offers and I would contact them if I selected their dealership. I made it pretty clear that I didn't want multiple emails or phone calls. All the dealers, except one, respected my wishes. This one dealership was very persistent .
