I am having some trouble with an auto claim.  My car was hit and run by another USAA insured while parked at my house on June 28th.  They took responsibility for the accident.  My vehicle was totaled.  I asked 4 times to speak to a supervisor today and was told no.  Eventually Brandon said he would “refer” me to a supervisor but that would take 48 business hours or 3-5 days.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Are they magic words to escalate to a supervisor?  Thanks!!
