I want every USAA member to be aware that if you ever need to speak to a manager in the auto claims department good luck . There never is one. The representative whoever answers the call has The Authority to treat you however they would like to. Why would USAA give them that much power. for Some reason everytime I call the Auto claims department the representatives who I speak with hate their job and hate US military members I wish the executives would read our messages and provide a better management experience and if you ever ask to speak with a manager be prepared to be hung up on or told there is no manager available


having the same problems. once this is done i will be finding new auto insurance
