Hello,

I lost my teaching job due to the Caronovirus, and need to see if I can postpone a car payment.  It maybe to late for this month, but if I can skip Aprils that will help.

Do I understand correctly, if my car loan is been in play for less than a year there is nothing USAA can do about it even though I was laid off? What is a member to do be deliquent?

Hi @Bosshunter. I'm sorry to hear that you've been laid off. We are working diligently to prepare offers to assist members who are impacted financially, regardless of what products they hold with us. As the circumstances are constantly changing, we do have account specialists available ready to review individual accounts to see how we can help. ~Holland
