I have not had an accident or been ticketed for speeding for four years now, and there has not been any reduction in rate. Why?

In 2020 there were greately reduced accidents and tickets given in Las Vegas, NV, however rates did not drop.  Why?

Your rates go up when a driver's risk goes up but nothing happens when everthing goes down. Why?

Shop around.  USAA can be beaten on everything they offer.  USAA is not the company it once was.  What has been intentionally done to USAA is a disgrace.
