I can't believe how USAA level of service has gone downhill expecially for Auto Loans. My auto loan approval took almost 3 days. My dealer was exporing seling the car from underneath us. Now the funding to the dealer process is in limbo. We have called no less than 6 times. The documents were handwritten which caused some issues, but no call from USAA. We called representative to find this out. We updated the notes (vin verification for 'S' vs '5')and called the dealer to say they should have fund in the morning per the USAA website . Documents by 4pm CST would mean funds delivered that same business day. Please someone from USAA read this and process the Dealer Funding Request ASAP

Day 3 and still no funding to the dealership. Please review my case USAA and call me if we can resolve any documnet issues. My dealer doesn't have a fax. 2 days to read emails and confirm documents is excessive. I resent the documents to be clearer and now I'm told another 2 days for every fax/or email? Can't someone just read the docs and call me if there are issues? PLEASE PLEASE fund this requst today.

No less than 8 calls to resolve this. This process is not working. I need this issue escalated and resolved
Cathleen...I did this last night with a loan representative on a call. Since I sent the documents for clarity, I'm told 2 more business days to review. They are the same doucments with new pictures... Can someone please figure this out?
