I came across this review, looking for something about current lay offs. This review gave USAA the number 1 spot. I can attest to the exceptional service with a vehicle claim. But, what caught my attention was the percentage of satisfied customers. The reports exclaims 60% + as being good. Most cases, 60% would be considered failing or a D. If 60% is good, the other companies must be really bad. I am not claiming the USAA is bad, just that 60% does not seem good to me. I remember the days when I would see USAA’s customer satisfaction ratings in the 90%. I guess this is the new norm. Anyway, I guess USAA is better than the rest, at least in the auto insurance service department. In any case, I will probably keep the insurance for awhile.
