Auto Insurance - I got charged twice in the same month and they won't refund me

I've never had any issues with USAA, I was very happy with their customer service and auto insurance prices and all that but today I saw that my payment for insurance was way more than I was paying so I called and they told me it was my payment due date is 12 of every month and the other payment was because my policy renews on the 19 of this month. I told them they should refund me one payment becaue is ridiculous that they are charging twice in the same month. They said that willnever happen again in the future but I'm very upset and I don't think it's fair. They should give me one payment back. I'm super close to leave them and find insurance somewhere else.

Thank you, I will apreciate if someone contacts me about this, because the person I talke to told me I can't talk to billing department and he didn't offer me any help.

Did anyone contact you? It doesn't seem like there is any follow through.
