Auto Circle - Not Able to Enter Vehicle Condition

Hello, I'm trying to enter a vehicle to possibly sell then buy another vehicle using Auto Circle. After getting VIN, I'm not able to enter vehicle condition in Mobile app. Please help. Also, please add ability to attach file so I can send a pic of my issue. Thank you.
