Does anybody have any experience with the Assurant Service Protection extended vehicle coverage offered by USAA?  I just bought a new car and financed through USAA, and am being offered the extended protection plan.  My questions are, is it easy to file a claim, has it been easy to get reimbursed or coordinate payment with the shop, is it only independent shops which participate, or can I bring the car to the dealer?  etc. etc.  Just wondering it the investment will pay off.  This new car has far more electronics than anything I've ever owned previously, and I have full expectation that something will break eventually.  Just wondering whether this plan would help fix it when it does happen.
