Wife was driving thru a ‚cattle chute‘, single lane construction w/ concrete on both sides. A deer jumped in front of her car. In swerving to miss it, she hit the concrete. We are held liable because ‚she didnt have control of her vehicle‘. Are you kidding me?
Moral of the story, hit the deer head on, even if it goes thru the windshield and kills you, or your screwed.
So much for being on the side of service members.
