I need the executive office office of the President to please contact me because the claims department Sheena doesn't want to assist me and helping me get a handicap van for a disabled veteran who is stuck in a wheelchair due to my sacrifices to America. What a shame what a complete saying that USA is the company that represents soldiers but won't do anything to help soldiers especially the ones in wheelchairs.

I hope they would expedite it because I can't afford paying for a handicap van they're very very expensive and how do I financially afford that when I was the victim of an accident
I personally want to thank and give a shout out to the USAA executive team and Brad (customer service supervisor) for going out of their way to making sure a disabled combat veteran had the proper rental vehicle to accommodate my wheelchair and disability needs. No other insurance company out there would have done what USAA did for me. Thank you for making me feel valued and important. God bless USAA!!!!
