I've tried getting an auto loan thru USAA a couple of times. I am just starting off trying to build credit. The amount that I have asked for is small and easy to pay off as I am active duty with a steady bi-weekly paycheck. Each time I have called asking as to why I was declined a different individual will give me a differnt reason none which apply to me. They also said it would take 2-3 days to process yet it took 3 weeks before they gave a decision. I guess they are not interested in actually helping their customers. I will be taking my business and money elsewhere.
