Anyone can buy a house in any state as long as you have the money. My Texas house is currently up for rent or sale.

You can definitely buy a home in Texas. If you are looking to continue to keep your Alaska as your permanent residence you will need to do a little bit of research. The residence laws very from state to state, but here are some general facts about maintaining your home state of residence. Good luck with the move!!
