So I'm currently looking to purchasing a house from my father, Im researching on the steps it takes to start this process. Dad is selling to me for a way lower price then what he purchased the house for. Of course he will help when I need, but I want to take the steps to research and start the process on my own first to show how seriouse I am in getting this house!
Any and all advice will welcomed! This will be my forst house purchase, not sure where to start at time nof this post but I will start with speaking to someone at USAA!
