My teen wants to set up monthly transfer from her youth account. In the USAA mobile app, when selecting the "from" account, this message comes up: "No accounts exist that will create a valid transfer."

Hi @Army Ex-Brat to start, we need to add the transfer account: Add Account for Funds Transfers (iOS App) 1. Tap Transfer at the bottom of the screen. 2. Tap Menu in the upper right corner. 3. Choose Manage External Accounts. 4. Tap Add Account. Add Account for Funds Transfers (Android App) 1. From the main page, tap on the three dots Menu icon in the upper right corner. 2. Choose the fourth option down to Launch usaa.com. 3. From usaa.com, choose My Tools at the top of the page. 4. Under Transfers, tap Add an Account. Just so you know, trial deposits can't be entered prior to 3 business days. ~Sarah
