how to add family member to my existing accounts

I want to add our daughter to my existing checking and savings accounts.  What forms do I need and where do I find them?

@Deedle1902, Thank you for reaching out in our Member Community with your questions. You are correct. You would need to fill out a signature card. If your daughter already has a USAA profile, I will provide you the steps. We appreciate your membership. ~ Suzy

From My USAA on USAA.com: 

1. Select the deposit account.
2. Scroll to bottom of deposit account page until you see Account Services.
3. Under the Services subcategory select Add an Account Holder or Remove an Account Holder.
4. Follow the prompts to add an account holder or remove an account holder.
