I called you about 2 hours ago to have a email sent to me about my credit card dispute with Carnival Cruise Line. the letter i sent to you will be in my hand writing. For some reason, yall have having me resend the letter again. My copier was broken, so i couldn't male a copy of it. Please send me the email so I can get this mailed out. 

I've not had very good customer service regarding this issue. I've never had to do this, so please help!!!
