I set up my Zelle account and had money sent to me April 30th and still haven’t received it. Please help

@Katie00, I'm sorry to hear you have not received your money. If the recipient's mobile phone number or email is not registered at the time the money is sent, the recipient will not receive the funds until the mobile number or the email address used to send the funds is registered. If the transfer is not claimed after 14 calendar days, it returns to USAA and credits back to the member’s (sender’s) account. The sender can also cancel the transfer and resend the money. ~Sarah
