Youth Spending account isn't attached on my son's USAA app

Hi, my son just installed and set up his online ID and he's logged in to the USAA app, but there's no account showing attach. How do I remedy that? Thanks.

Hello @Marianne67! You will have to change the parental controls to allow the account to be viewed. To do this please follow these steps.

 

  1. Log on to usaa.com.
  2. Select the Yellow arrow next to the Member's name (upper right hand side of the page).
  3. Select Profile & Preferences.
  4. Select Edit next to Parental Controls.
  5. Select Change Settings.
  6. Make any necessary changes.
  7. Select Next.
  8. Select the box "I certify that I have read and I understand the documents linked below."
  9. Select Submit.
