Why did USAA Remove “Banking” as an option for Messaging Support?

For the past 10+ years, when emailing support after hours, Banking (checking, Savings, credit cards), has always been an option.

It’s now gone. Why?

Why did USAA remove this avenue of customer service communication?

I am happy to provide more information. We now have a secure chat option available, which will provide immediate assistance, in place of the old messaging system. To initiate a secure online chat with our 24/7 chat team, select ASK USAA or Reach a Representative near the top of your account page. Or select Chat from the Contact Us options under HELP tab. - Jesse
