There are now a set of 5 options listed when I wish to transfer funds between two of my accounts. None of the options seem correct and I can't bypass them. What is going on?


@jcstrick, Thank you for reaching out. So that we may pull up your profile and help you the best we can with your ability to transfer, please chat or call in. You can also make sure when transferring you are in the correct spot under My Tools at the top and then to the 3rd column to Transfer Funds. When you select the dropdowns "from" and "to" , the accounts may have nickname's, but the last 4 of the accounts should still be listed. Hope this helps! ~Tom
