I have youth spending and youth savings accounts for my children for about 2 years now. The youth savings accounts have been locked on us asking for us to submit signature cards and W9 forms. We have sent both in numerous times. Last month we mailed the signature cards secured mail requiring USAA to sign for them and my wife uploaded new W9 forms to the location requested two weeks ago. I have submitted signature cards SIX times now and W9 forms FOUR times. We will NOT send them again. This issue has been going on for over a year and a half and is unacceptable customer service. Please fix the issue or we are closing all USAA accounts after being loyal members for over 21 years. Thank you.
