I received an email saying that it is my final notice to update my W-9. I've read other commenters saying that it's not popping up for them, and it's not popping up for me. I've looked around, and there isn't a banner on any of my accounts.

Please help.

@Greverlie, I'm sorry you're having some trouble accessing the w-9 necessary for your account. For the w-9 to appear, you must be logged in to USAA.com under the primary account holder's information. If the account needing the w-9 is a joint account, please check to ensure you're logged in with the primary account holder's name. If you are and you still do not have access to the w-9, please let us know! ~Holland
