Have been on the phone (on hold for most of it) for an hour and 45 minutes trying to get someone to explain to me how I'm being charged late charges for a credit card account that I've been paying, as agreed WITH THEM every month. They have no record of me setting up payments with them, but somehow they see two payments pending for October and November. So, I didn't set up a plan, but they see two upcoming payments. I've been with USAA for 23 years. They have, in the last 5 years, just cratered from trust and service standpoint. I don't understand it.
