My account has a balance but it says unavailable. Why and how do I fix this? Every time I call no one helps me.


@Cmcortinas, I'm happy to explain the unavailable status and a solution for fixing the issue. Please send a private message to begin the conversation. To enable private messages, select your user name at the top, right-hand side of the page. Go to My Settings and select Turn on Private Messages and then Save. To send a private message, select your user name and then the envelope, followed by Send Private Message. ~DC
