Is USAA committing the fraud like Wells Fargo did a couple of years ago? They hang up on me when I try to report it. They tell me to call in immediately because someone has changed my pPIN. I call and am left on hold 55 minutes until I hang up.

That is great Cathleen, can you tell me if in fact a new debit card has been ordered and will be here March 4? That is what I was told today however when I go to my account, it says that one has not been ordered...I leave on vacation Tues March 5.
