The UPS Store stopped the service to send your deposits for the USAA Bank Deposits. How am I to send deposits to put into my bank account now?

catsthree, Thanks for posting in Community.  We will no longer be offering UPS store because of its outdated technology. You can use Deposit@Mobile. It's one of the most secure ways to deposit a check into your USAA account.  If you are depositing a check or transferring funds from an external bank, you can utilize a wire transfer.  Other options for putting money into an account include free direct deposit and the Transfer Funds and Send Money functions on usaa.com and the USAA Mobile App.

I use UPS for large deposits that are greater than the maximum amount allowed through the app.Since UPS is no longer a valid option, what is my option to deposit large checks?

JTFTC,

Thank you for posting your question in the Community. All deposits are still accepted by mail. Please mail your deposits to:

USAA Federal Savings Bank

Attn: Bank Priority Mail 9861

10750 McDermott Freeway

San Antonio, TX 78284-8426

Additionally, you can look to direct deposit checks or wire funds to USAA. If you have any questions regarding your deposit options, please contact a banking specialist at 1-800-531-8722.

I want to deposit cash and I have no other bank accounts to do a transfer is there anyway to go about doing that

Hello, @Momo98, please follow this link, http://usaa.us/2Hy9Xza, to find the closest ATM that accepts cash deposits in your area. If this is not an option, you can turn the cash into a money order and if eligible you can use Deposit@Mobile via, the USAA mobile app, or mail in your money order for deposit. ~ Samantha

how much is too much for a check amounty?? Pretty sure I deposited my tax returns via mobile deposit and had no issues.

gpep2001, Thank you for your question. You can find your limit by going to Deposit @ Mobile on the USAA Mobile App and selecting "See My Account Numbers, Balances and Limits. I hope this helps. ~Darcy

Unfortunately it was not the technology of the UPS Store since USAA provided the equipment for the deposits. Take responsibility for your company's decision and don't blame the UPS franchise.

YES THIS IS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING! USAA FAILS OR NEEDS TO RECOGNIZE THAT NOT ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS PREFER EASY DEPOSIT AND MAILING IN DEPOSITS. YES I HAVE DIRECY DEPOSIT BUT EVERY NOW AND THEN I RECEIVE A CHECK IN THE MAIL. SO HERE'S A SUGGESTION..... EITHER MAKE THE ATM MACHINES ACCEPT DEPOSITS IN DIFFERENT STATES (IM IN SC) LIKE BOA AND WELLS FARGO OR START THROWING UP MINI BRANCHES!
