I registered with Zelle to send money over a year ago. I've successfully sent money with Zelle for over the past year. Now, for the first time, I'm receiving money with Zelle from a friend of mine and, after 4 business days, I still don't have the money. Zelle sent me a text to register, but I'm already registered because I had to do that to send money in the first place. So why am I now not receiving money, and why is it asking me to register a second time?
I appreciate your patience, @Yankee1775. If you received a text message from Zelle, the enrollment process was not completed for the U.S mobile number that the money was sent to. You may enroll through the link provided in the text message or log into USAA mobile app and complete enrollment (recommended). Please let me know if I may be of further assistance. Tricia
