As a 66 yr. Member, I have been very pleased with USAA. However, the latest banking system is ridiculous. I have two automatic payments to a health Insurance company which were to be paid 8/27. My internet website for USAA shows that these payments outlined in yellow, were possibly not paid. Upon speaking with your representative (all of whom are always polite and cooperative) I was told that I had to take another step, going back to the Bill Pay site to see if they were indeed paid. This was never done before and makes it more cumbersome for the user.
