I pay all my bills through USAA bill pay, and most utilities (phone, gas, electricity) have arrangements with USAA to bill electronically so their bills show up directly in USAA bill pay. Recently I switched to "Google Fi" as my phone company. I have no postal address or phone number for Google Fi, only an email address, and a customer account number. How do I arrange for Google Fi to send my phone bills electronically to USAA for bill pay?
Hello @Acbar8, That is a good question. I am going to refer you to our Web Support area. Please dial 1-877-632-3002 and when prompted ask for "Tech Support". You may want to be sure your email address is linked to the bill pay profile for notifications. Web support can offer some guidance. Thank you. ~ Suzy
