I tried to use my visa debit card to pay for a transaction here in Saudi Arabia. It was for an online purchase, I was sent to the site to verify transaction, I clicked authorize, and it was still rejected. What gives??? I specifically opened up a bank account, because this happened with my prior bank. Now it is happening with USAA, and I feel like I have accomplished nothing by switching to USSA banking.
