You guys do know that cencorship of non-aggressive or otherwise "toned" language through your "posting guidlines" to prevent potential customers from reading the many concerns and issues current customers are experirnce is not only unethical but its simply a terrible business plan. I have seen hundreds of posts edited and removed in the short time I have been watching these forums. I expressed these concerns on the USAA facebook page and got removed. Hmmmmm. Interesting.
