Out of the blue, I just got a notice that I’ve now been subjected to a “pay in full” plan. I didn’t even know this existed, and I was never given warning that this could happen. My father served 12+ years for this country for THIS treatment? If I’ve struggled to pay the minimum monthly payment a few times, what makes you think I can pay the entire balance in FULL all at once? I will be absolutely sure to take my business elsewhere as this is just ridiculous and unnacceptable and it breaks my heart to know you treat veterans and their families in this way.

You can view a copy of these notices in your view documents along with the reason for the change in billing.
