Transactions can be added in several different places.

Over the course of 6 weeks and 4 days of actively trying to resolve this, I have spoken with 16 - 19 different USAA representatives. I have opened two different tickets and still have never had a return call. The Latest ticket # ([removed sensitive data]) was initiated one month ago on January 29... and I had to call back on 2/14 because I still hadn't recieved a response... I was told that the ticket was still unresolved... but that it would be upgraded in importance...
I am still waiting and I am not looking having to call again. This is am important issue. Why can't USAA provide me with the same service my wife gets from USAA? She can add transactions easily and she is able to look at her account on-line and determine the amount of money she has available. I still need to use pen and paper in a check register. WHY?
