I need the number or link to file a formal complaint against the fraud credit card department/employees I have been dealing with. The lack of experience, screw-ups, "my mistake, my bad, just check your acount more often, etc.", and employees who I have talked to have no clue how to handle credit card/PII fraud. Over 20yrs in CT/CI operations and OPM breach - I take this seriously. Wish your employees did. Please leave an email, contact, or a link for me to file a formal complaint or I will be taking all my accounts, to include investments, elsewhere. Please reply soonest as the clock is ticking.
