There is NO WAY to opt for paperless statements on my USAA/Nationstar mortgage on either the website or the phone app. Can someone PLEASE provide the VERIFIED process for switching to paperless statements?


I am sorry to hear about your frustrations @Saint714 in attempting to switch to paperless statements. I contacted Nationstar  to confirm an option to convert online is still available, and they verified. Please access and on the welcome screen next to your mortgage information, there should be an option to make a payment and also an option to go paperless. If you are unable to locate, click on your mortgage information and there should be an option within there as well. If these options are not present, please feel free to contact Nationstar directly to complete your request. You can reach them at 855-430-8489. Have a great day! ~Mike
