USAA has locked me out of my bank account and debit card. I have provided them with my social security number, passcode, birthday and verified an email, but they are saying that it will take up to 3 days to review my account and unlock my account. I have bills coming out and need to pay my rent and electric bill, and not making payment will risk termination of my electric in my apartment, phone service, etc. They have security questions and verification options for this reason, and there is no reason that my account should not be unlocked after providing social security number, security questions and email verification. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because this should not be legal.
