I wish to dispute the $97 charge deducted from my checking account today. When I spoke with Brittany last night, she indicated that I had to wait until the charge was no longer pending before I could dispute it electronically. However, when I attempted to dispute the charge this evening, that option was no longer available online. Please dispute this charge immediately.
