I purchased items through an online vendor and I have not received my merchandisem, nor am I able to reach them via phone. They are sending the same email message at the same time about investigating my purchase order.
Oh no! @Delta7, Sorry to hear there's a transaction you're needing to dispute. This is able to be done online once you click the + next to the date of the transaction, you'll see the option "Dispute Transaction."
