@cjy22, In regards to the issue you're experiencing, this can be caused by logging in via a saved link, such as a Shortcut/Bookmark/Favorite. To avoid these issues, please clear history/cookies/cache and from a new browser window, simply add USAA.com directly into the address bar. Additionally, we do offer the option to transfer funds via our mobile app. I do hope this helps resolve this matter for you.
