I went to an atm and deposited $400 cash, and when it counted the atm said I had deposited more than 30 bills, and asked if I wanted to return them or something (I don’t remember exactly now), and I said “yes”. Then it processed a transaction, and gave me back my card. I don’t see the deposit in my account, and it didn’t give me any bills back. What’s going on?
@Kate15, hi there! I can totally understand how urgent it is to correct deposits. When there is a discrepancy with a transaction, the ATM usually updates within 24 hours. Please review the account as we show this was corrected. Let me know if you have any other concerns :).
