i am being told to e-sign a document from USAA. I cancelled auto pay for Cox while in the moving process and account ia on hold but USAA paid it anyway. Now i am being told to fix it I have to esign your document by going to the transaction and requesting the document, then use the e-sign option that is not there.

I called and was told to leave number and someone would call me back. Someone called me back 20 minutes later then then put me on hold. ANother department picked up and asked me the same questions all over again and put me on hold again for another department. Its been 16 minutes...17 mins...
