How do I get scanned images of mobile deposit checks from my account?

Excellent question @Chawlie! You can view the images by going to, viewing transaction history and selecting the image. Once the image is selected you can print or close. I hope these details are helpful, have a good evening. -Emily

What if the transaction is from 2016 and beyond the 180 days?

For transactions over 90 days you will need to call us at 800-531-8722 so a representative could assist you. Please know, there may be a fee involved, the representative you call and speak with will best answer those questions. -Emily
