We opened my daughters youth checking account, did everything required to get her online access. They called once and because she is in school, she could not answer the phone. We called back, now she is 18, can't go through me, but she is STILL IN SCHOOL. She STILL has no access online to her accounts. it was arranged via a manager in account security to do a "front door request"....now over 36 hours and 2 full business days later, NO call...to daughter OR myself (that was part of the arrangement, for a 3 way call). I feel this is denial of access. Almost borderline theft... What gives?
