Is there an application I can complete and submit to remove a joint account holder from a joint account?

Thank you for the assistance.

@Ammout, you do not need a new application. However, you would need to fill out a signature card if the person being removed is NOT the primary account holder of a bank account.  To remove an account holder:

  1. Select the deposit account.
  2. Select the Account Details tab.
  3. From the Account Holders section, select Remove an Account Holder.
  4. Follow the prompts to remove an account holder.  An Amended Signature Card will be sent upon this request with instructions to complete the form. Signature Card amendments will be available on USAA Documents Online. (The secondary account holder can voluntarily remove themselves by following these steps as well through their own login on usaa.com; a signature card will not be eeded if this happens.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.  ~JM
